Refund policy

At Gotbe, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident wearing our premium activewear.

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose. Please contact us at support@gotbe.com.au with your order details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


🔄 Size Exchanges & Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes sizing isn’t perfect. That’s why we accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received,

  • Tags and original packaging are intact,

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

To start a return, contact us at support@gotbe.com.au. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.


📦 Return Process

  1. Email support@gotbe.com.au with your order number and return request.

  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.


💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
